At the heart of every FrameForm noise reduction fence is a rigid steel frame that provides structural strength and dimensional stability. Inside that frame we cast lightweight aircrete, a dense yet workable material that absorbs and blocks sound waves exceptionally well. Alternatively we can place rockwool insulation inside for a cheaper option.
An effective noise reduction fence relies on three principles: breaking the line of sight between you and the noise source, providing enough mass and density to stop sound passing through, and sealing every panel airtight so noise cannot leak through gaps. Correct height and placement close to the source complete the system.
The result is a wall system that combines the load-bearing performance of steel with the acoustic mass of solid infill, all clad in durable silica board for a clean, ready-to-finish surface.
